Our Team Camps are designed to help prepare your Club or Individual Team for the Fall season.

*Minimum 12 players per team

These camps can be tailored to your specific needs or we can create a program to incorporate everything your team may need in preparation for a new season. Below you will find a breakdown of a typical day but this is always flexible and changes from team to team.

Our specially designed Team Camp Curriculum can incorporate any or all of the following but is based on the individual teams needs and desires:

• - Ball handling skills

• - Technical proficiency

• - Individual and/or team tactics

• - Systems of play

• - Shooting and Finishing

• - Soccer related conditioning/SAQ

• - Plus many other areas of the game.

9:30am	Technical / Tactical Training
10:45am	Shooting/SAQ/Individual Defending
11:15am	Small-Sided Conditioned Scrimmages
12:00pm	Lunch (or Dismissal)
12:45pm	Afternoon Introduction & Review
12:50pm	Ball Handling skills Warm-Up & Stretching
1:15pm	Technical/Tactical Training
2:00pm	Individual Tactics/Team Systems of Play
2:30pm	Small-Sided Conditioned Scrimmages
3:00pm	Camp Review; Q&A; Dismissal
