PERSONAL TRAINING

TSF Academy offers a range of personal training services designed to offer young soccer players the opportunity to maximize their long term development and athletic performance within the sport of soccer.

Sessions are offered on either a 1 on 1 or small group basis and sessions are tailored to meet the specific needs and level of the individual player. Sessions are conducted within the Sports Factory facility utilizing state of the art equipment and a comprehensive weight room.

TSF Gym

The Sports Factory Personal Training sessions are designed to develop individual players speed, strength and power and critically to apply this increased ability on the field. All too often players and coaches seek additional training from qualified strength and conditioning coaches, and although players may see great strength and speed gains in the set drills and exercises conducted, the lack of soccer specificity within the training leads players to see little impact to their movement and performance on the field.

The Sports Factory’s unique personal training curriculum has been designed integrating the knowledge of fully qualified fitness professionals and top class professional soccer coaches to integrate speed, agility, strength and conditioning with the inclusion of a ball and soccer specific speed and situational drills.

Sessions will utilize a comprehensive weight room and
state of the art equipment to build strength and power which
will have an instant impact to players on the field performance.
During the sessions players will be exposed to soccer specific
strengthening, plyometric’s and speed training components to
providing the highest level of soccer specific performance
training.

Sessions also include proven injury prevention strengthening
exercises to offer young soccer players the optimal sport
specific development.

Players will be initially assed using a full battery of soccer specific physical tests to determine the players current level. Physical testing will then be completed again at the end of the program to obtain an objective, valid and reliable analysis of individual progression.

Sessions can be booked on an individual basis or as a block of multiple lessons.
