Youth League & Tournament Rules

• All games are running clock.
• Unlimited Substitutions.
• All players must wear shin guards, indoor shoes or sneakers. NO CLEATS.
• No offsides.
• No slide tackles, slide tackles will result in an indirect free kick for the opposing team, at the point of the infraction.
• No added injury time
• If the ball hits the ceiling or the lights, an indirect kick is awarded to the
  opposing team.
• Goal kicks & Keeper passes; the ball must touch the defensive half of the field before going into the offensive end of the field. This rule also applies when the keeper is throwing the ball. The keeper becomes a field player outside the box. No punting or drop kicks are allowed. A violation of the rule results in an indirect kick from anywhere on the midfield line for the other team.
• All free kicks are indirect, except penalty kicks
• On all indirect free kicks, defender(s) must be 10 feet from the ball.
• Throw Ins for youth leagues. H.S. league kick Ins
• No Injury time added
• Keeper may not touch the ball with hands on pass backs
• No punting
• No drop kicking
• Player fighting will result in expulsion from the league or tournament
• Corner kicks are FIFA rules
• All teams must arrive 20 minutes before game time
• All games will start at scheduled times. Lateness will decrease playing time
• Red cards, players must sit 1 game
• Yellow card, 2 minute suspension
• Standings - Win = 3 points / T = 1 point / Loss = 0 points

Tie Breakers:
1. Head to Head (does not apply to 3 way ties)
2. Goal Differential
3. Least goals allowed
4. Coin Toss

*If a game ends in a tie in playoff or championship match. The winner will be determined by sudden death penalty kicks.

Situations or occurrences that these rules do not address, shall be left up to the sole discretion of the Sports Factory Management
